1 Site use
△- a.I retain all copyrights in all text displayed on this site. Publication here does not transfer or assign any rights to anyone else.
- b.After 30 seconds of viewing a page, the time, page identifier and locale are sent to this site for reading statistics. No additional data is collected beyond what was used to render the page initially. No personal or other information is recorded for these statistics.
2 Privacy policies
△- a.Unless otherwise stated, information you provide to me will not be disclosed to any other person or organisation, unless legally obliged to do so.
- b.I am not responsible for the privacy of information you provide to third-party sites.
- c.This site does not leave cookies or any other files on your device when using the public pages.
- d.This site uses cookies to maintain session logins, and will be deleted when those sessions end. Do not log in if not wanting to allow cookies.
- e.By default, your browser will send some information that may possibly be used to identify you, like your IP address, to this web server, which will automatically keep logs with that information. These logs are deleted at the end of a month. You are responsible for ensuring your browser does not transmit information you do not want it to.
- f.Users enlisted by the site owner to perform tasks can edit or delete their stored details at any time, though the action may not be completed until a manager has logged in.
3 Unpublished works
△- a.They are protected by copyright.
- b.To view one of the works, you must have been explicitly given the URL to access it and the access password by the copyright owner.
- c.If you have been explicitly authorised to view the works, you may privately do so up until they are no longer accessible on the site, after which you must destroy all copies in your possession.
- d.If you have not been explicitly authorised to view the works, immediately destroy all copies.
- e.You may not allow any other person to view the works, nor distribute it to them in any form or by any means.
- f.You must not let anyone else know the existence or nature of the works.
4 Booking conditions
△- a.You must be 18 years and over, and legally entitled to be responsible for your own affairs.
- b.I reserve the right to refuse my service if I do not feel I am the right person for you.
- c.I require at least three days (72 hours) notice if you want to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, so I can make it available for another client, otherwise all monies will be forfeited. If you fail to show for an appointment, all monies will be forfeited.
- d.If you are late for your appointment, it will still finish at its original time, and the price remains the same.
- e.If I am unable to keep your appointment, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternate appointment time, or a refund of any monies paid.
- f.All prices for my services are subject to change without notice. However, existing booking prices will be honoured.
- g.All appointments are payable on booking.
5 Services conditions
△- a.All appointments are strictly for one person. You must be alone, without the interference or company of another person, while you have your session with me.
- b.My services help you explore and understand yourself, but you agree to take full responsibility for any actions or decisions you make after any service with me.
- c.My services do not replace advice or care from a qualified medical, financial or legal professional. You should seek such advice before taking any action as a result of engaging my services.
- d.Your session is for you and about you, therefore I do not explore or delve into another person’s private business, even if that person is a close relative or partner. I will help you from your perspective deal with any difficulties you are experiencing with another person.
- e.If you choose to end your session because you feel challenged about the perception you have of yourself, or you react to how I work with you, that would be your choice and your money will not be refunded.
- f.If you are rude, disrespectful or abusive in any way I will probably end your session, and your money will not be refunded. However, if I feel that I can still help you, provided that your disruptive behaviour has stopped, I will continue with the remainder of the session, and your money will not be refunded. Note that future sessions are unlikely because of such behaviour.
6 Not suitable for
△- a.You could potentially be harmful to yourself or others.
- b.You are having suicidal thoughts or are planning to take your own life.
- c.You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
- d.You are taking antipsychotic medication for conditions like schizophrenia or mania caused by bipolar disorder.
- e.You want help with a serious drug problem or addiction.
